We are currently seeking SLTDA-approved Tour Guides who are passionate about sharing Sri Lanka’s culture, history, and natural beauty with travelers from around the world.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct guided tours across Sri Lanka in a professional and engaging manner
• Provide accurate historical, cultural, and local insights to guests
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the tour
• Assist with itinerary coordination and on-ground logistics
• Represent Tikalanka.com with professionalism and excellent customer service
• Adapt tours based on guest preferences and needs
Requirements:
• Valid SLTDA Tour Guide License (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• In-depth knowledge of Sri Lankan history, culture, wildlife, and attractions
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous tour guiding experience is preferred
