Site Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor / Maintenance Person to join our team in the Ahangama area.

Main Responsibilities:

* Supervise daily site and maintenance works

* Coordinate workers, contractors, and suppliers

* Check quality of construction and repair works

* Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues

* Prepare material requests and control site expenses

* Report daily progress to management

* Make sure work is completed on time and to a good standard

Requirements:

* Experience in construction, engineering, or property maintenance

* Good understanding of building works and repairs

* Ability to manage workers and organize tasks

* Responsible, honest, and punctual

* Basic English

* Experience with villas, hotels, or hospitality properties is a plus

Location: Ahangama / Kabalana area
