1 Age below 35 years.
2 Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience
3 Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
4 Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
5 Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers on-site
6 Diploma or NVQ - 4 in Construction / Civil Engineering or related field
7 Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
