01 Diploma or certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
02 Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision
03 Good knowledge of construction methods and safety procedures
04 Ability to read construction drawings and plans
05 Strong leadership and communication skills
06 Ability to manage workers and subcontractors efficiently
07 Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred)
