Position: Site Supervisor / Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor / Technical Officer to join our construction team in the Maldives!
What You'll Do:
1. Oversee daily site operations – safety, quality, and timely completion
2. Monitor workmanship and resolve technical issues
3. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
4. Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports
5. Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry
2. NCT qualification (National Certificate in Technology) or equivalent
3. Good command of English (spoken and written)
4. Strong computer literacy and report preparation skills
5. Previous Maldives construction experience is a distinct advantage
6. Current or former Technical Officers are highly encouraged to apply
