Site Supervisor

We are a growing construction company seeking a young, energetic, and experienced Site

Supervisor to oversee our ongoing housing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise day-to-day site operations and workforce

 Ensure project activities are carried out according to plans and timelines

 Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

 Monitor material usage and manage site inventory

 Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations

 Report project progress to management

Requirements:

 Proven two years of experience in construction site supervision

 Strong knowledge of project planning and project management

 Ability to multitask and manage multiple site activities

 Good understanding of supply chain and material coordination

 Excellent leadership and communication skills

 Valid motorbike riding license (mandatory)

 Candidates residing in or around Kottawa will have an added advantage

Remuneration:

 Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications
