Showroom Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our showroom while leading a small sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail fashion, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support showroom sales staff.

Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases.

Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Monitor stock availability and report replenishment requirements.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor customer concerns.

Prepare daily sales updates and assist with routine showroom operations.

Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Showroom Supervisor or Retail Supervisor.

Previous experience in the retail fashion industry is required.

Experience managing a small team.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Basic computer knowledge and the ability to prepare simple reports.

Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
