As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented, energetic, sales-driven, and results-oriented Showroom Manager to join our Kadawatha Branch.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Conversion, and Business Development, with the ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings while actively contributing to branch growth and increased revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Kadawatha showroom.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to all walk-in customers.
- Convert customer inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers effectively via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to increasing branch revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Plan and support local sales and marketing activities.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team to generate more inquiries and bookings.
- Monitor online inquiries and ensure timely customer follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and payments.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure the showroom is professionally maintained and daily operations run smoothly.

Candidate Requirements
- Age between 30–43 years.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Showroom Management, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong talent and proven ability in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Digital Marketing, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and online lead generation.
- Ability to coordinate and execute digital marketing activities to increase customer inquiries, bookings, and showroom sales.
- Excellent sales closing and lead conversion skills.
- Strong ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through WhatsApp.
- Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for showroom sales performance.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to maintain customer and sales records.
- Professional appearance with a confident, positive, and energetic personality.
- Must be responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- Candidates residing in or around Kadawatha, Kiribathgoda, Gampaha, Mahara, Ragama, Kelaniya, or Wattala will be given preference.
