Manager Vacancy – Fashion Retail (Kandy)

We are a leading clothing store in Kandy, re-launching with a brand-new look and style. We are looking for a dynamic Lady Manager to lead our team.

*Position:* Showroom Manager (Female)

*Age:* 22 – 40 years

*Location:* Kandy

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Oversee all back-office operations

- Drive sales uplift and implement marketing activities

- Ensure excellent customer service standards

- Maintain staff quality, training and performance

- Support overall store development in line with the new brand style

- New Ideas and New design ideas

*Requirements:*

- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills

- Energetic, enthusiastic and committed (no strict time-checking attitude)

- Ability to handle operations, marketing and customer relations

- Knowledge of Handloom clothing will be a definite advantage

- Minimum qualification: Diploma in a related field (management/marketing/fashion or similar)

*Working Hours:*

- 9.00 am – 7.00 pm

*Leave & Benefits:*

- 5 holidays per month

- Lieu (leu) leaves applicable

- After probation: EPF, ETF and other bonuses

- Target-based sales commission in addition to basic salary

*Salary Package:*

- Basic Salary: Rs. 80,000

- Take-home salary: Rs. 100,000 or more (with commissions and incentives)
