SHOWROOM MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team

✔ Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

✔ Deliver exceptional customer experiences

✔ Manage daily showroom operations and staff schedules

✔ Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained

✔ Monitor inventory, stock movements, and showroom performance

✔ Prepare sales reports and implement growth strategies

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Excellent communication and customer service abilities

✔ Passion for fashion retail and sales excellence

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Knowledge of POS systems and retail operations
