【~】✪ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail showroom management
【~】✪ Dynamic and experienced retail professional
【~】✪ Strong experience in retail sales and customer handling
【~】✪ Well-presented, energetic, and professionally groomed personality
【~】✪ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
【~】✪ Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
【~】✪ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting systems

【~】✪ Responsible for achieving sales targets and operational excellence
【~】✪ Achieve showroom sales targets and business objectives
【~】✪ Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom presentation
【~】✪ Handle stock coordination, reporting, and operational controls
【~】✪ Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and overall showroom standards
