Showroom Manager

Eliteshuttler is looking for a dynamic and responsible Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day showroom operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily showroom operations and staff coordination

- Drive retail sales and achieve showroom targets

- Ensure excellent customer service and product presentation

- Manage showroom inventory, stock movement, and replenishment

- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and marketing teams

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service

Monitor cashiering, POS operations, and reporting

- Supervise showroom cleanliness, display standards, and discipline

- Support event activations and promotional campaigns when required

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail showroom/store management

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Good knowledge of sales operations and inventory handling

- Ability to manage and motivate a team

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems

- Ability to work on weekends and during event periods when needed

- Passion for sports or retail industry experience will be an added advantage
