🔹 Key Responsibilities
Showroom Operations Management
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
• Monitor opening and closing procedures
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards
Sales & Customer Service
• Drive sales performance and achieve showroom targets
• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Develop strategies to increase walk-in customers and sales
Staff Management
• Supervise, train, and motivate showroom staff
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance
• Ensure staff follow company policies and service standards
Inventory & Stock Control
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movements
• Conduct regular stock counts and minimize losses
• Coordinate with warehouse or suppliers for stock availability
Cash Handling & Reporting
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure accuracy of transactions and proper documentation
Administration & Coordination
• Coordinate with management and other departments
• Handle showroom documentation and record keeping
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
