Showroom Manager / Assistant Showroom Manager
At Hameedia, a Showroom Manager does more than manage a store.
You lead people, build customer relationships, create exceptional experiences and take ownership of the business.
We are looking for experienced retail professionals who have the energy, commercial drive and leadership ability to make a difference.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
• You have proven experience leading or supervising a retail sales team
• You know how to drive sales, conversion, ATV & UPT through your people
• You can coach, motivate and develop a team — including young and inexperienced staff
• You naturally connect with customers and know how to build lasting relationships
• You understand products, merchandising and the importance of showroom standards
• You are hands-on, accountable and action-oriented — and lead from the front
• You communicate confidently and work effectively with different teams and stakeholders
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of relevant retail experience, with exposure as a Store/Showroom Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, electronics, hospitality or other branded customer-facing environments will be an advantage.
A/L or equivalent qualification. Higher qualifications are welcome, but for us, your track record, leadership ability and attitude matter more.
Preferred age: 28–40 years
