Showroom Executive Colombo 04

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Showroom Executive to join our luxury showroom in Colombo 04.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Provide product information and guide customers in selecting the product.

• Handle sales inquiries and follow up with potential customers.

• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are presented attractively.

• Prepare invoices, quotations, and sales records accurately.

• Assist with stock management and inventory checks.

• Coordinate with the production and customer service teams regarding orders.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Support social media inquiries and online customer requests when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or showroom operations preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage).

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.

• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, and basic systems).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday 9am - 7pm

Negotiable based on experience + performance incentives.
