📍 Position: Service Coordinator
🕒 Type: Hybrid (Remote + Field Work)
📌 Location: Jaffna (local candidates preferred)
👨💼👩💼 Gender: Open to Male and Female applicants
🚗 Field Work: Applicable primarily to male candidates
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📞 Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
📅 Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and documentation
🏥 Liaise with partner hospitals, labs, and healthcare providers
🚘 Travel for field coordination when required
🗂️ Update and maintain accurate client and service records
✅ Requirements
🗣️ Must be fluent in Tamil (spoken and written)
🌐 Proficiency in English and Sinhala is an advantage
💼 Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or field coordination preferred
💻 Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, email, messaging apps)
📶 Access to reliable internet and willingness to travel within Jaffna if needed
