SEO Backlink & Vendor Sourcing Executive
We are looking for an SEO Backlink & Vendor Sourcing Executive to support our SEO team in sourcing, analyzing, arranging and managing backlinks.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Training can be provided, but candidates should be comfortable working with data, research and communication.
### Key Responsibilities
* Search and source new backlink vendors and website opportunities
* Contact local and overseas backlink vendors
* Build and maintain a backlink vendor database
* Filter vendors based on website quality, SEO metrics, niche and requirements
* Compare vendor pricing and backlink packages
* Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
* Analyze websites and backlinks before purchasing or placement
* Arrange and coordinate backlink placements with selected vendors
* Track backlink orders and ensure links are successfully published
* Monitor existing backlinks and identify any issues
* Perform backlink data analysis and competitor backlink research
* Prepare backlink performance, cost and activity reports
* Maintain accurate records of vendors, prices, websites and backlink placements
* Work closely with the SEO team to meet backlink requirements and targets
### Backlink Analysis
Candidate will learn or work with SEO data such as:
* Domain Authority / Domain Rating
* Organic traffic
* Referring domains
* Backlink profiles
* Anchor text
* Website relevance
* Spam indicators
* Link quality
* Competitor backlinks
* Backlink pricing and cost comparison
### Requirements
* Basic understanding of SEO is preferred
* Good research and data analysis skills
* Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets
* Good communication and negotiation skills
* Able to compare data and make recommendations
* Detail-oriented and organized
* Able to communicate with multiple vendors
* Willing to learn SEO and backlink analysis
* Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools is an advantage
* Able to use AI tools to assist with research, data analysis and reporting
### Experience
**No previous experience is required.**
Fresh graduates and candidates interested in **SEO, digital marketing, data analysis or online research** are encouraged to apply.
Experience in SEO, link building, outreach, vendor sourcing or backlink analysis will be an added advantage.
