Senior Waiter
🍽️ Key Responsibilities
👋 Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
📋 Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
🍲 Serve food and beverages while maintaining service standards
🧹 Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and service areas
👥 Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service
⭐ Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
✅ Requirements
💼 Minimum 3+ years of experience as a waiter in a restaurant or café
🗣️ Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
💪 Hardworking, energetic, and responsible personality
😊 Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills
⏰ Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment
⭐ Additional Advantage
🍽️ Experience in high-volume restaurants or cafés
👨🍳 Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
🎓 Qualifications
📘 G.C.E. O/L or equivalent
