SENIOR TICKETING EXECUTIVE
Fly Lanka - An Australian-based travel company, is expanding our team in Colombo 03! We're looking for a passionate professional ready to grow, learn and make an impact in a global work environment.
📍 Location: Colombo 03
💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
Minimum 2 years' experience in airline ticketing
Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS — experience in ticket issuance and re-issuance is essential
Proficiency in GDS queue handling (Amadeus)
Knowledge of manual fare calculations & re-issuance
Experience in refund processing and familiarity with BSPlink operations and reconciliation

Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS

Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
Handle ticket issuance, re-issuance, and refund processing
Manage GDS queue handling (Amadeus)
Perform manual fare calculations
Handle BSPlink operations and reconciliation
Provide excellent customer service and support
