Must-Have:
Prior experience in fintech, payments, or telesales environments
Proven track record of high call productivity and lead conversion
Proven track record of meeting KPIs
Strong communication & closing skills
Experience using CRM systems
Nice to Have:
Experience coaching junior team members
Familiarity with Mastercore onboarding workflows
Experience with merchant payment collection

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Manage inbound and outbound leads assigned through CRM
Maintain high contact attempts and meaningful contact ratios
Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
Coach and support Sales Executives to improve performance
Conduct structured follow-ups through calls and digital channels
Convert leads into applications and successful deployments
Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
Support documentation quality and approval success
Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
