💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
Must-Have:
Prior experience in fintech, payments, or banking channel sales
Proven track record of building partner relationships with bank branches and institutional partners
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and converting them into deployed merchants
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Familiarity with Mastercore onboarding workflows and merchant payment collection
Nice to Have:
Experience leading or mentoring sales teams
Established network within banking/financial institutions

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned bank partners and non-financial institutions
Build strong relationships with branch staff and key partner stakeholders
Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions
Collect merchant documents and onboarding requirements
Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
Conduct regular visits to bank branches and partner locations
Generate and secure qualified merchant leads before competitors
Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
Support channel growth and guide team members to improve performance
