Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively

Convert partner-generated leads into successful merchant acquisitions
Promote PAYable products and solutions effectively
Collect merchant documents and onboarding requirements
Ensure timely and accurate application submission in Mastercore
Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments
Support channel growth and guide team members to improve performance

Role Purpose: Responsible for driving merchant acquisition through PAYable's strategic partner ecosystem, with primary focus on bank partnerships and non-financial institutional partnerships
Focus: Developing strong partner relationships, securing high-quality merchant leads ahead of competitors, converting leads into deployed merchants, and supporting channel performance across the Alternative Channels team
