Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Operations Executive – Sales & Marketing to lead and streamline operational activities within our Sales & Marketing division. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving team efficiency, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight & Team Leadership
Supervise daily sales and marketing operations.
Guide and evaluate Operations Executives.
Ensure timely and effective execution of team deliverables.
Workflow Optimization
Streamline recurring tasks via SOPs.
Improve process efficiency and minimize disruptions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Analyze KPIs and productivity metrics.
Prepare operational reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Policy & Process Development
Implement internal controls and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines.
Budgeting & Resource Management
Support budget planning and ensure cost-effective operations.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain updated legal and operational documentation.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Handle escalated client concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
Strategic Involvement
Contribute to business planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, sales coordination, or admin roles (preferably in tech or finance sectors).
Prior experience in team supervision is a strong advantage.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and multitasking capabilities
Analytical mindset with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, BI Tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
Problem-solving and critical thinking proficiency
Languages
Sinhala & English (Fluent – written and spoken)
Tamil (Optional but a plus)
