- Bachelor or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Management/HR/ International Business Management
- 1- 5 years experience in documentation processing or any visa processing would be a definite advantage
- Ability to take responsibilities and make right decisions at the right time
- Effective communication skills in English
- Assisting the Departmental Manager to drive the Visa team towards effective visa processing on time
- Ability to work under pressure and handle things independently
