Are you passionate about production planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain operations?
We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our team.
✨ # 💠 Qualifications :
✔ Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights to prepare accurate demand forecasts
✔ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources
✔ Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock
✔ Collaborate with sales, marketing, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth planning and execution
✔ Analyze planning data, identify gaps between forecast and actual demand, and recommend corrective actions
✔ Prepare regular reports on demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory performance
✔ Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and industry standards
🎯 # 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
🔹 Knowledge of planning software, ERP (SAP), and advanced Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage
🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
