Senior Executive – Customer Service
Location: Nugegoda
Key Responsibilities
*Handle all customer service touchpoints including hotline calls, emails, website orders, live chat, and social media with timely and professional responses.
*Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
*Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues using CRM or internal systems.
*Monitor service performance, identify improvement areas, and support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
*Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
*Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
*Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
*Proven ability to manage multiple customer channels and handle high-volume interactions professionally.
*Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills with a customer-focused mindset.
