01 Diploma in (NCT/ HNDE) or NCED equivalent qualification.

03 Preparation of SKETCHUP, REVIT & LUMION is an added advantage.
04 Ability to create Exterior, interior, and landscape 3D designs.
05 Skill in building construction/designs/developments
