1. Age between 21 and 45 years.
2. Must have a clean criminal record and be honest, trustworthy, and professional, with strong work ethics.
3. Willing and able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and other security duties as required.
4. Candidates with previous security experience or a National Security Guard Qualification Certificate will be given preference.
5. Must possess strong security awareness and a service-oriented attitude, with the ability to maintain order and ensure safety within the premises.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to respond effectively in security-related situations.
7. Language proficiency in English and Sinhala / Tamil
1. වයස අවුරුදු 21 සිට 45 දක්වා විය යුතුය.
2. අපරාධ වාර්තාවක් නොමැති, අවංක, විශ්වාසවන්ත සහ වෘත්තීයමය ආකල්පයකින් යුතු, ශක්තිමත් සේවා ආචාරධර්ම ඇති අයෙකු විය යුතුය.
3. රාත්රී මුර ඇතුළුව මාරු ක්රමයට සේවය කිරීමට සහ අවශ්ය අනෙකුත් ආරක්ෂක රාජකාරි ඉටු කිරීමට කැමැත්ත හා හැකියාව තිබිය යුතුය.
4. පෙර ආරක්ෂක සේවා පළපුරුද්දක් හෝ ජාතික ආරක්ෂක නිලධාරී සුදුසුකම් සහතිකයක් (National Security Guard Qualification Certificate) ඇති අයට ප්රමුඛත්වය හිමි වේ.
5. ශක්තිමත් ආරක්ෂක අවබෝධයක් සහ සේවා-කේන්ද්රිත ආකල්පයක් තිබිය යුතු අතර, පරිශ්රයේ ආරක්ෂාව සහ විනය පවත්වාගෙන යාමේ හැකියාව තිබිය යුතුය.
6. ආරක්ෂක තත්ත්වයන්හිදී කාර්යක්ෂමව ප්රතිචාර දැක්විය හැකි හොඳ සන්නිවේදන සහ අන්තර්පුද්ගල කුසලතා තිබිය යුතුය.
7. ඉංග්රීසි සහ සිංහල / දෙමළ භාෂාවන් පිළිබඳ හොඳ දැනුමක් (කථනය සහ ලිවීම) තිබිය යුතුය.
