01 Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security work preferred.
02 Previous experience in hotel, apartment, construction site, or corporate security is an advantage.
03 Good communication and interpersonal skills.
04 Ability to maintain security, discipline, and safety at the premises.
05 Responsible for access control, visitor registration, and monitoring entry/exit.
06 Able to conduct regular security patrols and report any unusual incidents.
Physically fit, alert, punctual, and responsible.
07 Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
08 Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and fire safety is an advantage.
Clean and professional appearance.
09 Age: 20–50 years preferred.
