Key Responsibilities
* Handle sports shop sales and customer service
* Manage indoor cricket bookings and customer inquiries
* Coordinate day-to-day shop and booking operations
* Supervise and coordinate junior staff
* Handle cash/POS transactions and maintain accurate records
* Support stock control and daily stock handovers
