Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Retail & Wholesale Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience while helping achieve the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist retail and wholesale customers in a friendly and professional manner.

* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

* Actively promote and sell products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

* Arrange, organize, and maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.

* Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all products, features, prices, and promotions.

* Assist customers with quotations, orders, and product information.

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

* Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when replenishment is required.

* Assist with receiving, unloading, and arranging incoming stock.

* Follow company policies and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

* Support other departments whenever required to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements

* Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or sales is preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
