Job Description

Central Industries PLC is seeking energetic and results-oriented Sales Promotion Officers to support retail sales growth and strengthen our distributor and dealer network.

The selected candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, expanding market coverage, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve assigned sales targets and drive retail sales growth.

* Develop and expand distributor and dealer networks.

* Identify new business opportunities and increase market reach.

* Manage customer payments and ensure compliance with company policies.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and deliveries.

Requirements

* G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.

* Previous sales experience, preferably in the hardware or construction-related industry.

* Good computer literacy.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to travel as required.

* Valid riding license is mandatory.

* Age below 30 years is preferred.
