G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications.

Minimum 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail sales, or a similar role.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Ensure products are well-stocked, correctly priced, and attractively displayed in assigned IR outlets.

Monitor stock availability and obtain orders from IR stores.

Build and maintain strong relationships with IR partners and store staff.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.

Submit stock, sales, and merchandising reports on time.

Follow up on payments and maintain IR customer loyalty.

Field-based role covering assigned Independent Retailer outlets.

Focus on driving sales growth and ensuring brand visibility.
