Sales Marketing Manager

Edys Holdings is a fast-growing retail brand recognized for premium outdoor furniture and innovative home solutions. As we expand, we’re looking for a creative, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales & marketing efforts and support continued business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.

• Manage digital marketing (social media, online ads, website).

• Plan and implement in-store promotions and offline campaigns.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.

• Coordinate with sales teams to support business growth.

• Manage sales & marketing budget and track ROI.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent

• Minimum 3 –5 years in sales & marketing (retail sector preferred)

• Strong communication, leadership, creativity, project management

• Knowledge of social media and digital ads

• Fluent in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage)

• Energetic, team player, attention to detail, results-driven
