Sales Executive –Nuwara Eliya

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Executive to join our cement distribution agency in Nuwara Eliya.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell cement products to hardware shops and construction-related clients.

• Collect outstanding payments from customers after sales.

• Coordinate and manage deliveries using the company truck.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure continuous business.

• Prepare and submit daily sales and collection reports.

• Ensure smooth distribution and operational efficiency in the assigned area.

Requirements

• Male candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience in the hardware/building materials sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to manage sales, collections, and delivery coordination independently.

• Should be responsible, honest, and well-organized.

• Knowledge of Nuwara Eliya and surrounding areas will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Total Monthly Wage: LKR 68,000.00 (Includes basic salary of LKR 40,000.00, bata payments, and fuel expenses.)

• Monthly Additional Sales & Collection Incentives

• Yearly Bonuses (applicable after 6-month probation period)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Holidays: Sundays and Poya Days

• Motorbike provided for official travel and sales visits.
