Job Description
WINSOR is looking for an energetic, friendly and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Concept Store showroom at Kandy City Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable watches
Handle day-to-day sales
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Maintain accurate stock records
Check and organize watch stock
Arrange watches and displays attractively
Keep the showroom clean, neat and well organized
Assist with stock counting and checking
Ensure watches are properly displayed and priced
Support the team with other showroom-related duties when required
Requirements
Male or Female candidates are welcome
Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Friendly, confident and presentable personality
Basic knowledge of computers is an advantage
Ability to work as part of a team
Honest, responsible and punctual
Ability to handle customers professionally
Working Days: 6 days per week
Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Weekly Holiday Work: Additional payment will be provided if required to work on the weekly holiday.
Salary: [35000 to 45000]
