After Sales Executive – Elevators & Escalators
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented After Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating service sales, repair, and modernization opportunities within the elevators and escalators sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify key markets, industry players, and potential customers to drive service sales growth.
• Generate maintenance, repair, and modernization opportunities, including securing new multi-brand service contracts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present quotations for maintenance, parts, repair, and modernization services.
• Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to ensure smooth execution of service agreements.
• Manage and achieve assigned sales targets and budgets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including outstanding payments and gross margins.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Service Sales within the Elevator Industry (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good market analysis, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Creative, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
