Sales Executive (Customer Service)

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused and results-driven Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and sales coordination.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and enquiries professionally.

* Explain services, packages and available solutions clearly.

* Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Maintain customer records, sales updates and Excel sheets.

* Coordinate with internal teams to fulfil customer requirements.

* Assist with payments, appointments and after-sales support.

## Requirements

* Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.

* Confidence in speaking with customers and handling sales calls.

* Strong customer service, follow-up and persuasion skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email and WhatsApp.

* Positive attitude, responsibility and willingness to achieve targets.

* Previous experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage.

This is an on-site position suitable for someone interested in sales, customer relations and business coordination.
