We are looking for a English speaking, friendly, confident, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join Naseem Perfumes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understands premium products, and can represent an international fragrance brand with professionalism and energy.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming in-store experience
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
Confidently explain product features, fragrance notes, and benefits
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
Maintain a professional, presentable appearance on the shop floor
Represent the Naseem brand positively during daily operations
Participate in in-store promotions, campaigns, and sales activities
Appear in photos or videos for marketing content and promotions when required
Qualifications
Ability to speak English confidently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and service
Friendly, energetic, and proactive personality
Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face
Comfortable being in front of a camera for promotional content
Previous retail, sales, or fragrance experience is an advantage but not mandatory
