Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are a growing optical eyewear brand seeking an ambitious, results-driven Sales & Marketing Assistant Manager to drive our retail sales, channel expansion, and promotional strategies. In this role, you will work closely with senior management to oversee sales teams, manage optical showroom campaigns, and build strong relationships with corporate clients and healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional offers, and optical health awareness camps across target regions.

• Track market trends, analyze competitor pricing and product ranges, and recommend actionable sales strategies.

• Ensure high standards of customer care, handling escalated customer feedback smoothly to maintain brand loyalty.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing management (Prior experience in Optical, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or Retail is highly preferred).

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Valid riding/driving license will be an added advantage

• Fluent in English. (speaking & writing)

• Age between 25–45 years preferred.
