Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in digital payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
Proven track record in merchant acquisition and B2B sales
Strong knowledge of digital payment solutions, IPG, and payment gateways
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Valid driving license and willingness to travel
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Drive merchant acquisition across IPG and LINK products with strong focus on LINK
Conduct discovery calls and merchant meetings to identify merchant requirements
Generate qualified opportunities and manage sales pipeline effectively
Promote PAYable digital payment solutions and close opportunities efficiently
Ensure timely application submission and merchant onboarding
Support merchant activation, go-live, and deployment
Collect onboarding fees and payment-related collections
Coordinate with Product, Tech, Back Office, and Finance teams
Support smooth merchant onboarding and activation
Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs
