Position - Area Sales Representative
Job Type - Full Time | On-Site
Location - Anuradhapura
Language - Sinhala and/or Tamil Fluent (Required)
*Applicants from Anuradhapura are preffered.
Job Role
✓ Expand our network by introducing new customers, dealers, and distributors
✓ Handling day-to-day business activities such as selling, payments and refunds
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, agro dealers,
coorperatives, retailers, and distributors
✓ Meet sales targets accordingly
✓ Track competitors and market trends
✓ Participate in agricultural fairs, exhibitions, and farmer awareness programs
✓ Provide regular updates on field activities and sales performance to the supervisor
Job Requirements
✓ Minimum Education; G.C.E Ordinary Level
✓ Age; 20 – 40 years
✓ Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
✓ Prior experience in the field is a plus
✓ Own Motor Vehicle (Preferred) and valid license and must be willing to
travel within the region
✓ Has access to a basic smartphone and WhatsApp
✓ Attention-to-detail and time management
