At Structa, we're growing rapidly and looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
💼 Your Role
📞 Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other online platforms.
🤝 Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
📅 Arrange client meetings, site visits, and consultations with our engineers and designers.
📄 Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and project-related documents.
📂 Maintain customer records and ensure all follow-ups are completed on time.
👨💼 Coordinate with our Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
🎯 Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events while helping achieve company sales targets.
✅ We're Looking For Someone Who Has
🎓 A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
💬 Excellent communication skills in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil.
💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
🤝 Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
📈 Previous experience in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or the Construction/Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
⚡ A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
