Sales Associate (Female)

Luz has been Sri Lanka's home for premium European lighting for over 30 years. As we open a brand-new flagship showroom, we're looking for 2 Sales Associates to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in our showroom

Guide clients in selecting products to suit their needs

Build lasting relationships with our clientele

Maintain showroom presentation standards

Requirements:

Female, presentable and well-spoken

Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil an added advantage)

Prior retail/sales experience preferred but not essential, full training provided

Willing to work retail hours, including weekends

Positive, customer-first attitude
