Vacancy – Female Office Assistant (Invoicing & Customer Handling)
We are an aluminium wholesaler and retailer based in Kalutara and are looking for a smart and friendly female candidate to join our team.
Job Role:
Prepare and manage invoices
Handle customers in a polite and professional manner
Basic office work and coordination
Requirements:
Female candidate
Basic English knowledge
Basic computer skills (MS Office / email etc.)
Pleasant personality and good communication skills
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9.00 am – 6.00 pm
Sunday: 9.00 am – 2.00 pm
Holidays: 4 days per month + Poya Day is a holiday
