Sales Assistant

Kandy Jewellery, with 28 years of experience in the jewellery industry in Nittambuwa, is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information

• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships

• Maintain attractive showroom displays and support daily store operations

• Help achieve sales targets and promote new collections

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in Sinhala and Tamil

• Previous jewellery or retail sales experience is highly preferred

• Friendly personality with good communication and customer service skills

• Honest, responsible, and able to work well within a team
