Innovation Revamped is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our premium fashion boutique.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers with exceptional service.
* Recommend products and help customers with purchases.
* Process cash, card, and digital payments using the POS system.
* Maintain attractive product displays and a clean store environment.
* Assist with stock replenishment, labelling, and inventory.
* Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements
* Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic spoken English and computer/POS knowledge.
* Well-presented, organized, and customer-oriented.
* Passion for fashion and willingness to work weekends/public holidays when required.
