Showroom Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in choosing suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, promotions, warranties and payment options.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom standards.
- Coordinate with the team regarding stock availability, orders and deliveries.
- Support after-sales enquiries when required.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with an interest in sales.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve sales targets.
- Previous experience in retail, electronics, home appliances or showroom sales will be an added advantage.
- School leavers with good communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
