Job Description
Book Paradise is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product information, maintaining the store, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in finding books and other products.
Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
Maintain neat and well-organized shelves and displays.
Handle billing and payments accurately.
Support stock management and other store activities.
Ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.
Candidate Requirements
G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent.
Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
Passion for books and reading will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Candidates below 30 years of age are encouraged to apply.
