💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Drive and maximize retail sales performance
🔹 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
🔹 Build strong and lasting customer relationships
🔹 Manage the sales process from customer inquiry to closing sales
🔹 Handle cashier duties, billing, and daily cash transactions
🔹 Maintain store presentation and deliver excellent customer service
🔹 Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
🎓 Requirements
✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Retail
✔ GCE O/L qualification or above
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset
